As the leader of people, she plays a crucial role in elevating and empowering SoftWriters employees to ensure they are effective and thriving.

Scott Beatty serves as President of SoftWriters, the innovator for LTC pharmacy software. SoftWriters’ suite of fully integrated and scalable products includes FrameworkLTC, the leading LTC pharmacy software platform serving over one million patients nationwide.

Danielle joined SoftWriters in 2022 to lead the product organization. She has spent her career focused on innovating within the healthcare and pharmacy industries and was on the team that invented, refined, and delivered the first-ever on-site medication dispensing robot in the LTC industry.

With more than 25 years in pharmacy leadership, Jackie Maitland has lead various operational and financial teams to success across multiple software solutions, including FrameworkLTC. Since joining in 2013, Jackie has made a tremendous impact on the way we deliver service to customers.

Mike joined SoftWriters, the leading provider of pharmacy management software solutions purpose-built for long-term care (LTC) pharmacies, in 2022 to lead the Engineering team. Mike brings more than 20 years of software leadership experience to our team.

Jason joined SoftWriters in 2019 is responsible for the company’s financial reporting, FP&A, and execution of strategic initiatives. His strategic initiatives responsibilities span across all functions in the organization to drive operational excellence through the implementation of technology-enabled process.
