Interview Prep tips

We live and breathe our mission each day, so our interviews are centered around them, too. The best way to prepare for an interview is to consider how you connect to our mission and customer focus.

What We Look For

We ask behavioral questions, with the intention of learning more about your applicable skills and prior experience. We recommend structuring your interview responses to the STAR answer format:

situation

Briefly explain the context—where you were working, what the challenge was, or what led up to the situation.

task

Define your role and responsibility. What were you expected to do? Focus on your goal or challenge—what was at stake?

action

Describe what you did. Outline the steps you took, your thought process, and how you contributed. Highlight skills or tools you used.

result

Share the outcome. What happened as a result of your actions? Try to quantify or qualify the impact. Mention what you learned or how it benefited the team and company.

With 25 years of success, we understand your
need for growth and stability.
